All products shown are as accurate as the website allows.

Terms and Conditions
Payment: All prices displayed on our website are in GB Pounds and are inclusive of UK - VAT at the current rate.
Full payment including all shipping costs will be due when your order is placed.
All payments are to be made in GB Pounds.
Hilton Angling currently accepts Mastercard, Visa and Amex credit cards. We will also accept Switch and Delta UK debit cards. All online payments are processed using
Pay Pal’s secure payment facility.
Overseas sales: Please follow payment instructions on the website.
Payments by cheque: Please enclose full details of your order in writing along with your contact details. Payments by cheque must be made in full and include all shipping costs. All cheques to be made payable to Hilton Angling then sent to; Redmire Cottage, Ware Park, Ware, Herts, SG12 0EA.

Delivery: Our products normally take between 6-12 weeks to deliver, however due to the supply of specialised materials used, further delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Shipping charges for anywhere outside of mainland UK: Please email your enquiry to sales@hiltonangling.co.uk
Customs: When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which may be levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Cancellation: All of our products are built to order and personalised, when placing
an order it is important that you understand and appreciate that your order will be accepted by us as a legally binding contract and that due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to accept any cancellations once your order has been placed.

Return of Goods Policy: Your order should be checked immediately upon delivery. In the event that a package looks to be damaged, then it should be signed for as damaged. If it is found that the goods inside are damaged then please contact us immediately by telephone or email.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, contact us immediately by telephone or email to arrange its return.

Our guarantee: Subject to normal ‘wear and tear’, for which we cannot be responsible, all of our products are covered by a 12 month parts and labour guarantee from the date of delivery. Our guarantee is in addition to and not detracting from your statutory rights.
Guarantee of our products is provided to the purchaser named on our sales invoice and is non-transferable.
Please note that accidental damage or any personal injury is not covered by this guarantee.

Breakages to carbon rod and landing net blanks: Due to the technology incorporated within the production of carbon fibre blanks today, manufacturing faults are rare but not impossible. Any such faults would normally reveal themselves during the first or second time that the product is used. The characteristics between this type of breakage and an accidental breakage caused while in storage, transportation or during normal use are quite different and are easily spotted by an experienced eye.
In the event of a breakage that is claimed to be due to a manufacturing fault, the product would first have to be returned to us at your cost. If upon close inspection by us the breakage is found to be due to a manufacturing fault then your costs would be fully refunded and a replacement product or full refund would then be offered.
However if upon our inspection we found that the breakage has been caused by an accident or misuse of the product, we would advise you of this and provide an estimate for any repairs. Please note that in this event we would not offer to refund your carriage costs.

Any personal information that you supply to us will not be passed on to any third party.

Governing law & Jurisdiction
The construction validity & performance of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by English law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
